What's /ck/'s favorite chicken and cheese recipe? There's chicken cordon bleu, chicken parmesan, stuffed chicken breasts... Bonus points if it uses a non-standard type of cheese.

Chicken parm is my favorite, mostly because it's consistently good. Cordon bleu would be my favorite if the quality wasn't a complete crapshoot.
Generally not a fan of chicken and cheese combos outside of those two.
