I work for a professional food test kitchen doing recipe development. Give me any two or three ingredients and I'll give you a killer recipe that uses them. Doesn't matter what the ingredients are, as long as they are actually ingredients.

For example, you want a dish with OJ, snails, and fresh mint? I've got you covered. Didn't actually try this one but it sounds pretty mediocre.

1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 pound snails, cleaned
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, white wine, lemon juice, lime juice, honey, cayenne pepper, ginger, cinnamon, coriander, and cumin. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
2. In a large saucepan, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add the snails and cook for 2 minutes, or until they are just cooked through. Drain the snails and rinse them under cold running water.
3. In a large serving bowl, combine the snails, orange juice mixture, and mint. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.

How's he gonna cook with his tiny hands?

Also, how can a rat carry a gun that's bigger than him?

I don't know...

I wouldn't say these are my favourite, but they're alright

Taquitos:
1-2 16 ounce cans of any beans
1/4 -1/3 pound cheese (any melting cheese)
soft tortillas, corn or flour, flour is easier

And preferred seasoning, I always eyeball my seasonings so your SOL if you want exacts

Last time I this I used:
a tickle Taco seasoning (~1/3 the standard 2.5oz packet)
a coating of Cayenne powder (enough to make the mix reddish)
a pinch of Paprika (Not alot, don't want too smoky)
a bit of Black pepper (Not alot)
a rash of Red pepper flakes (barely any)

Instructions:
Remove beans from can and get the glop juice out of the cans, pour beans into bowl
Chop up cheese into small cubes, maybe like 3/4 inch
Mix beans and cheese, squish beans with hand (not all, but like 2/5s of the beans)
Then apply the seasoning after everything is mixed
Put a little schlop of the mix into a tortilla, roll the tortilla so that the "open"/"flap" is face down
Put butter/oil into pan, and fry the taquito flap side down first, then the opposite side, then one of the extra/ smaller sides
