You're my only hope /ck/, what can you make with thin cut lean steak that doesn't taste like a reason to end it all?

Quick fry in butter then use as the basis for a steak sandwich with English mustard, grilled onions, rocket & tomato on toasted Turkish bread. You're welcome

Thanks lads, it was a valiant effort. The toasted Turkish sandwich and beer braising method sounded especially appetising. Sadly, "steak and chips" was requested, so I just gnawed through a wafer of medium nothing with the saddest sear you've ever seen. Off to top myself.

You have only your self to blame. Next time just cook.
You're a good little twink though.

Dice and cook potatoes, mix with diced hard boiled egg, add diced mazzarella, pound the steaks flat. And mixture on steak, then roll. Pan fry the steak tubes with stuffing until cooked. Serve.

Stir fry, cut up into strips, place a frying pan over high heat with some oil, add the steak and cook it till brown, seasoning it as you do, then add some sliced red onion, some sliced bell pepper, season again, wait for those to soften, then add garlic, cook 1 minute, then add a couple tablespoons soy sauce, oyster sauce, Sriracha and a teaspoon of sugar, tiny bit of msg, bring that to a boil and that’s it.

Serve with rice, noodles or in torillas.
