There's really not even that much caffeine in shit like monster ultra, the rest of the "supplements" in them just get pissed out. So no, they're not particularly bad for you, especially if you already drink a decent amount of caffeine, like multiple cups of coffee a day. Just like anything, don't overdo it. That said I drank 9 monster ultras and one 20 ounce regular red bull every day for over a year and I'm fine, relatively speaking, because I already had a bad heart to begin with and it didn't get noticeably worse.
