Next time I make chili (which will be later this week) I am going to leave out the corn but add more beans, likely some pinto beans to go along with the kidney beans.

looks pretty good
lately I have been making vegetarian chili where I use 4 or 5 different kinds of beans and no meat
I just don't see the point in using meat for chili when what I can mostly taste is just the spices anyway

a lot of people here might give you shit for this post but i understand where you're coming from. I love meat but i do make few vegetarian meals just because they taste good on their(there? fuck me) own
Learned most of it from my full vegetarian sister who loves ribs but doesn't eat meat on "morals" so she came up with some actually edible veggie meals that aren't half bad.
I still make her grill the steaks when she comes over because she is a top notch grill master

No! Authentic chili is dried meat in water with a hand full of hand crushed up dried peppers tossed in. It truly wretched and only eaten to survive on the trail. So stop this god damned retarded ass meme you fucking morons!
Acting like people weren't using beans in the south west is the absolutely stupidest thing i have ever heard.
