Do you really think the purpose of poutine is to have salted McDonald's fries dipped in fucking Walmart gravy served with melted kraft singles??

The entire dish is delivered specifically with dehydrated mozzarella cheese curds that squeek. All poutine sauces are gravy, but not all gravy is poutine gravy. It's a specific flavour. All of these are NEEDED to melt onto the thick cut fries so you're served essentially a mashed potato.

Saying you can just dip poutine into the sauces goes to show how you cu/ck/s probably confuse everything with McDonald's.
