Cut it into wedges, covered them with salt, pepper, herbs and paprika and cooked them for seven minutes.
Took me less than 10 minutes.

Quick snack!

Based. Potatoes are healthy and highly nutritious when prepared sensibly and that is a respectable snack.

I used a controversial cooking ware... yes, the airfryer.
6 minutes on fry mode, 1 minute on roast mode for texture.

If I cooked them the normal way with a frying pan, there would have been some burn marks and the oven is a bit slow.
This airfryer thing is very practical for those like me wanting food done quickly, it is certainly efficient.

Lacks the kind of firm crust you'd get with a frying pan but retains more juices.

This confuses me. An air fryer is just a very small convection oven right? So unless your actual oven is shit, I don't see that they're a useful appliance, but I equally don't see why people turn into screaming retards when somebody mentions them

It does convection better than an actual convection oven.

>Cut it into wedges
There's my first problem. I've got a knife but as soon as I hit the board and I want to put away the wedge, a big piece of chunk hangs on the wedge too.

>covered them with salt, pepper, herbs and paprika.
Second problem: How much mg do I have to season? 17mg? Or is 21mg too much? Nerds need exact numbers, otherwise they won't start cooking at all - usually nerds don't cook because it is time wasting.

>and cooked them for seven minutes.
What exactly do you mean with "cooking"? In a microwave? In an oven? On the grill? In a wok or a regular pan? Again, nerds need information in order to cook.

>Took me less than 10 minutes.
Which is 30 minutes to me.

I par-boil after the wedges, let them dry in the fridge over night /then/ cook them. It's a long fucking process, but the potato wedges get a nice crunchy skin on them when I roast them in the oven after that.
