This. I eat it on its own semi-frequently. Very enjoyable. I've tried to make my own but somehow fucked it up and haven't tried since (I don't think my hands were clean enough and it go mold all through it). I need to get another head of cabbage and try again.

Just started a jar of this, actually. My first attempt grew white fur, but I'm trying again. They say I need to lift the lid once a day to let gases escape, but I know for a fact I'd forget, so I just placed the lid loosely. Is this going to fuck everything up?
Ideally you should probably have a container with a valve, so it doesn't explode but also doesn't allow oxygen in.
