Prime Rib thanksgiving was yummy boys! That’s cheddar mashed potatoes in the ramaken. Gravy/drippings/roll not included in the picture. The roast itself was a little over cooked since I don’t have an electric thermometer but it was still fantastic. How was your food today /ck/?

I used babish's chicken recipe and whipped up some gluten free gravy cause I got celiac disease. It came out amazing. My mom couldn't stop saying how good it was. The skin was so crispy and the meat was super juicy. Spatchcocking is truly the best way to roast a chicken.

the meat and beans look good. not sure about the potato ... prefer a sharp white cheddar with mashed potatoes personally.

Made old school tuna casserole, because I'm not really set up for big roasts.
It was decent, but the recipe called for too much noodles and not enough tuna; it ended up basically a pasta dish. Also hyperlocal frozen pea shortage presumably because covid, so I used pic related. Should have used twice as much, the corn and beans got lost in the noodles.

I brought nutella and candied walnut Baklava which I assembled at home then baked and made the syrup at the host’s place.
