I cooked the drumsticks first. Then separated the meat, chopped it finely and then mixed it with some mashed potatoes and some seasoning of my choice(paprika, garlic powder, black pepper powder, oregano, thyme, salt), also some cornflour for binding. Then shape it like a ball and the put the bone and some cheese in the middle. Dip it in wet(egg whites) and dry(flour and then breadcrumbs) and then just deep fried it.
