Greek kasseri with tons of thinly sliced rings of green pepper, you know those long ones without much head and some real red chillies with heat sprinkled in if you like heat. For sauce, can o' tomato, grated garlic, onion powder, whatever spice you need, salt, black pepper, just let the spiced rest in tomato juices before applying to your dough.

I remember as a kid my parents used to take me to pizza hut to get a pan pizza. The cheese was so thick, it was so cheesy and the sauce was so meaty, the crust was so crisp. Now a days i am lucky to just get crisp crust. I feel the quality has went down a lot.

The thing is that now their bread is spongy, full of air, greasy and it sucks. So getting that amount of bread is not a good thing anymore. It tastes alright when it’s still piping hot. But just a few minutes later and the grease solidifies and leaves a disgusting coating on the roof of your mouth and tongue.

Pizza hut is exactly the same, they just introduced more variations that are different. If you get the small personal pan pizza, or the medium/large pizzas with the correct crust, it tastes exactly the same.
