Steel Reserve Malt Liquor is shit.
The rice is in a styrofoam container so it's clearly leftover from a restaurant. Based on the drink choice and lack of pan for the chicken I think we can assume it's not a high end restaurant. The styrofoam isn't melted which means the rice is cold.
Which is another point, the use of a foil pie dish to cook your chicken instead of a pan with a rack on it or maybe a dutch oven.

You have no style. You need to take it up a notch. Watch cooking shows or something, fuck.

Yeah, I grew up a bit north east of there (Massachusetts). NJ and PA aren't as awful as New England, but if you get the chance, try heading west.
Moved to Arizona in my teens, and it was the best thing to happen to me.

Regardless of your life choices, your post inspired me to go get a King Cobra and a Sonoran Hot Dog. I hope you, and /ck/, have a good night.

Oh shit, another Tucsoner?

Yeah, they're great. FunLand on Irvington does really good ones too. They have a new location at Grant and Silverbell as well. Mostly a raspados place, but super solid sonoran dogs.

I miss when aqui con el nene had a location near me in that Shell gas station on Grant though.

Your tendes are soggy and look like baked banana slugs. Why buy the little bottles of fireball all the time instead of buying a bigger one? It would be cheaper. Rice is nice. You need more ranch for your soggy tendies.

it's just oranges in a can. the recipe actually called for orange juice but all I had at the time was canned oranges so I used the syrup from that as the juice and didnt add any sugar.

this was surprisingly easy to make, and fun too. only thing im really wondering about is how during the first frying the dough doesnt seem to stick at all and i have to dip the chicken into the dough again for some sort of double coating to get the golden brown finish.
maybe because my chicken is usually still cold, from the fridge.
