They're skinny, super smart, and friendly but super pushy. Basically Americans except unsanitary and bad at architecture. The food is gross except for teas and curry chckn.

I make a pretty good Tikka masala style creamy curry with creamed coconut and right at the end a big spoonful of mango chutney stored through it for sweetness

burfi is the diamond shaped dessert with the silver foil on top. considering your joy for indian desserts i'd recommend trying gulab jamun. great list overall, i'd also recommend bhel puri.
