Interesting. I should probably give it a try, ive seen it in stores, but its always so overpriced, like 10-15 times the price of normal cabbage. Also, every time I try some if those meme cabbage plants like Chinese cabbage(napa cabbage?) or bok choy, i get disappointed

Well I think if you cook your kale, you shouldn't have much of a problem. Strange, at my grocer it's usually 1.50 for a decent bunch of it (organic too). Bok choy is pretty good, but I can see why some wouldn't like it.
