However many until I'm comfortably full. Usually:

I hate mega buffets, chinese or american, they are such a depressing sampling of working lower class and elderly americana. I will hit up a small chinese buffet or small indian buffet, but problem with an indian buffet is the parking lot with be filled with priuses with support NPR stickers on them and the bull dykes and cucked beta males who own them will be sitting at the tables next to you and you have to look at them when you are trying to eat.

if I go to a chinese buffet, I am not there for salad, sushi, fried rice, or fruit. I can fry my own damn rice and I make dumplings the way my grandmother taught my mom and I speak the language. no, I am there for fried and sauced abominations against god. I will eat at least seven mountain-full plates of that shit, grab a few of those donut things and stick them in my pockets on my way out, eating them as I go, and then I will fast for a week.

I do judge a buffet by its food. A mega chinese or american buffet is or was before bidenflation a relatively inexpensive way to eat out for the amount of selection of food you got, and while it doesnt have the seal of approval of a tire company, it is not usually horrible, but also usually not that great., Usually just mediocre. The small chinese and indian buffets I have been too in my experience, while having much smaller selections, the food on the buffets have always been higher quality and fresher because they also make it in smaller batches, so they are restocking the buffet a lot with fresh food during peak dining times. But truth be told if I had my choice, I would rather go to an Amish smorgasbord over any of them because everyone I have ever been to has been amazing like home cooking of my mom or grandma.
