It’s ⅕ a gallon, liquor used to be sold here by ⅕ gallon bottles, though they switched to 750ml in the early 80s. Everyone still calls it a fifth though. Similar to how Australians still call a pint a pint even though it’s closer to 500ml than an actual pint.

Red Bull and Hennessy is surprisingly good. Hennessy works better than whiskey or rum for mixed drinks.

I still drink it every now and then but when I do I usually splurge and get the xo and make sure I have a good cigar or 2. Cognac is great though, I'm also quite a fan of able brandy and calvados. I just got a locally made apple brandy I'm cracking open tomorrow.
