about a year and a half ago I think. I used to get them from Subway early in the morning and it was good, but just too much of a "meatballs aren't ready yet" bullshit wherever you happen to go early and I happen to go out early.

Never. Meatball sandwich is always sloppy. Sloppy sandwich is never good. Wave AND particle. Quantum tunneling. Wave function collapse. Cat in a box. You are fucking with things beyond comprehension and putting us all in danger. You can't force God's hand, but He may smite us all for your arrogant attempts to do so.

i'm bored and gonna describe my ideal meatball sub

>6-8" soft french roll that encloses completely around the meatballs
>meatballs are smashed a bit before being placed on the bread, and then the entire sandwich is smashed at the end
>just enough marinara to soak into the bread and coat the meatballs
>no sliced cheese, only grated parmesan
>entire sandwich is steamed to warm/soften the bread, no toasting
>wrapped in wax paper and allowed to cool a bit
>if i want toppings, i'll go for a spicy giardiniera that's finely chopped

i wish i had friends, i'd cook them meals and pour my heart and SOVL into it
