Dude, I live in an east coast city, and I can easily get beef liver, bison, lamb, and chicken gizzards from my grocery stores. Though I have to go to the fancy and expensive ones (except Aldi occasionally has ground bison). Then I could go to the international supermarket to buy chicken feet as a weird and unique ingredient.
