breakfast - usually cereal, fried eggs or toast with fruit
lunch - school lunch (i'm 18 so not underage sirs), if i'm home i'll make myself a sandwich with some lunchmeat or ramen
dinner - whatever my parents cook, which usually involves some kind of pasta, rice, tofu, and vegetables, or if we're lazy we get fast food
i really don't see why my body can't handle this

Kid, this isn't a good place for you. And I'm not trying to be mean or anything either. Do you have offline friends or hobbies? You're young, so go out there and make experiences before it's too late. It may be hard at first, but it gets easier over time. I believe in you, constipated Anon.

Beakfast - Drop the eggs. Eat cereal, yogurt, fruit.
Eat salad at lunch, add some meat, not too much though. No ranch or any heavy dressings.
Dinner - idk, add more vegetables. Try to avoid fast food as much as you can.

Don't listen to him, "get out while you still can" is a meme
I've been on 4chan for 13 years, since I was in 7th grade, and it hasn't stunted anything in my life
It exists alongside it and gives a place to vent that isn't a hugbox or a retarded echo chamber
Every board on this website is better than any subreddit or specialized forum for that topic, and because everything is anonymous you get actual honest opinions and not karma farming consensus faggotry
The only problem comes if you go full /pol/tard. In moderation even /pol/ is completely harmless (or was before the election) , but never go full /pol/tard
Enjoy your stay, other sites become impossible to use after being here long enough

When I was younger I shit less because my body was trying to get all the nutrients it could from the food I ate. I think adults forget this and complain kids eat too much. Drink lots more water and eat more veg to help. Be sure to get plenty of protein too because your body is still growing.

your other points are salient though, met a girl from here once and she was pretty leftist and shit, but she said she enjoyed 4chan cause people had to take her opinions at face value, not weighing in her race, age, gender, attractiveness, or anything, you just get words here and she liked that

Been on 4chan since 2009 and this is true. I avoid /pol/ though and hate that it's now the fastest board. Its going to get this site taken down one day. Every site other than 4chan is unusable, the niche boards are just too good.

Did you have a period of time when you didn't shit for a while? That happened to me as a fussy kid who REFUSED to take a shit at Summer Camp for an entire week, and I got constipation where I only shit once per week for like a few months after.

I wouldn't worry too much about it my dude. It's a lot better then being old and having to take runny diarrhea shits twenty minutes after you eat dinner every day, that's for sure.

>That's a recipe for being 30 and wondering where your life went.

I'm 29 and I'm coming to this existential crisis. Wasted my 20s on bullshit. Living in a country that has spent most of the last two years locked down because of the rona hasn't helped.

I've been having these dreams where I'm 23, and then I wake up and I remember I'm actually 29 and like "wtf when did that happen?" Spent nearly half my fucking life on this site too so that probably hasn't helped.

Sounds like you might have a condition. Ask a doctor, man. Your diet seems entirely normal, and it’s possible you have an intolerance/allergy/undiagnosed disease that’s making you shit bad.

My cousin was sickly for most of her life before, at 16, they realized “oh this bitch has celiac.” Her quality of life improved dramatically since the diagnosis.

Yep, make sure it's a full glass of water and drink it fast without thinking. Going slow it'll just thicken up a lot and suck way more. Drink it with plenty of water because it can be a choking hazard otherwise.
It'll take two or three days before you start noticing all the benefits, but it's seriously so worth it. Helps move the digestion process along nicely after meals, keeps you feeling full longer, poops are so easy you don't even have to try.

I've suffered from horrible GI stuff like this since I was a child. Drink about 3/4 gallon of water a day. Eat fibrous or raw vegetables, and I don't mean the soft fibers that turn into a paste. I mean beets, raw cabbage, corn, mushroom, green beans, iceberg lettuce. Pair this with your meat. Don't eat things that turn gummy. Don't be afraid of fats or meats either.

Eat plenty of vegetables for dinner. Eat more high fiber bread and tortillas. Take a docusate capsule every dinner. Drink plenty of fluids. Don't get drunk to the point of dehydration.
t: shits a clogger every morning like clockwork after a bit to eat and coffee.

>> No.16856109

A lot of these laxatives recommended are irritant/stimulant laxatives so you can become addicted to them to keep shitting. Docusate is a soaplike molecule so basically turns to suds in yer guts and gets the shit a-sliding.
