I'd try maybe 8:30? It depends a lot on egg size as well. If you're not liking the consistency you can try cooking 3-4 eggs and removing them from the water at 10-20 second intervals to narrow in on your ideal consistency. Just keep track of the time each egg cooked and put them in cold water when you take them out.
