I made a fuckton of tzatziki that I didn't use. Is there an easy way to convert this into a salad dressing?

Add a lot of whole cucumber slices. This is a salad in itself. Enjoy.

I started with 1 1/2c of plain tzatziki, 1 1/2c of basil (finely chopped), 1/2c of cilantro (finely chopped), 1/2c of tarragon (finely chopped), 1/2c of garlic, 1/2c of olive oil, 1/2c of lemon juice, 1/2c of vinegar.

I also added a large amount of salt (to taste), some cracked black pepper and some red pepper flakes. I don't like using too much red pepper flakes, but I was having a bad reaction from my tzatziki. Next time I'll probably try a little less.

i dunno about salad dressing but my dad made a bunch a few weeks ago and when the lamb was gone i scooped it up on flat bread and just ate it like that with some charcuterie on the side (he makes it with big chunks of cucumber and lemon zest in it too)

Use as a sauce for homemade kebabs/gyros/Tandoori wrap etc

Maybe thin it out with some vinegar. Taste as you go to make sure it doesn't get too acidic. IMO Tzatziki is awesome and goes with a lot of food as is. Salad, roast veggies, chicken, steak, salmon, etc.

>I started with 1 1/2c of plain tzatziki,
You mean plain yogurt, right? I don't think you put the right herbs, either. Try with just parsley and a little bit of mint. And cucumber. For your leftovers, just use it as salad dressing as is. Maybe on some couscous as well.
