I buy really fancy eggs for 7.50 a dozen.
It's just that their yolks are so amber and they taste so rich, I can't help myself.

Where the fuck do you live? Costco has 24 eggs for 4 USD. A dozen large AA can be had for 2 USD at the grocery store, less if they use them as loss leaders on sale. Are you buying fancy eggs and not telling us OP?

>> No.16749578

>>16749537
Not OP, but not everyone buys bottom of the barrel eggs and milk. I don't know if organic and farm raised is a meme, but lots of hipsters and health nuts will spend a shit ton on organic milk and cage free blah blah blah eggs.

Great value eggs are probably filthy and go through almost no regulation checks, which is why they're dirt cheap and your average Wal-Mart family buys 3-4 containers of them.

$3.99? What's $4.99? $5.99 is nothing for a dozen tasty nutritious eggs. You should appreciate being able to get fresh eggs for $6.99.

Imagine being this delusional. Go source anything but the most expensive of those eggs. Your organic, free range, cruelty free farms are not but a few small steps away from whatever Costco, Kroger, and WalShit sell as store brand. I have been to Arkansas and much of the Midwest, you can see the Chicken farms of many of your beloved brands. They will lie to you.

He's not wrong. My mom used to drive delivery trucks and had a gig with a dairy producer. The milk that farm produced was bottled on site as well. The milk would be bottled, processed, and then sent to four different conveyors. What did the conveyors do? Labeled the milk, obviously. Each conveyor had different labels, and that was it. It's all the same damn milk.
