Bro, I don't want to alarm you but spaghetti isn't made of ground beef.

here's my recipe
. boil the pasta till al dente, salt and pour some olive oil on the water
. dice very thinly a whole onion, some red pepper and a clove of garlic
. put those veggies in the pan starting with the onion till the onion is brown, then add the rest and cook for a good while, 10 minutes minimum
. remove the veggies add the minced meat
. cook until the minced meat is fully cooked
. add the vegies back in
. add tomato sauce to the pan
. cook for a long time, the more time you cook it the better it'll taste

that's le it, you can also add some red wine (to the veggies and meat, without the tomato) and whole milk (after the tomato is cooked)to the thingie and cook for long

that's funny, I'm making sketti too. it's currently in the slow cooker, cooking on low for the last 5 hours.

carrots, onion, and celery dumped in food processor. pan sauted with minced garlic until very fragrant and browned.

ground beef + pork browned until water fully evaporates leaving behind the fat, keep cooking in its own oil to create maillard reaction for extra flavor.

Add both to slow cooker along with store bought prego sauce, beef extract, and water.
taste if it's too acidic, if so, add small amounts of sugar until it's just right.

slow cook for several hours

Epik

I made a meat sauce with it. Sprinkled with some parm and got some garlic bread for dipping. I don't think it's too bad for my first time.

not awful, but cook the noodles in the sauce with some pasta water next time.

That's really not bad, bro. Next time do yourself a favor and undercook the pasta by a few minutes, then take a cup or a little more of the water it boiled in and pour that in your pan with the sauce and then cook the pasta and sauce together until the water is gone and the pasta is done. The starch in the pasta water and the finishing together will bring the pasta and sauce together nicely.

You should brown the minced meat first, if you can form the caramelization on the bottom of the pan, itll be a lot tastier in flavor. Then put the meat on the side to be added later. Afterwards, instead of browning the onions you should sweat them and the veggies after cooking the meat.

Holy shit its not that fucking hard. Put a pot of water on a rolling boil, add spaghetti, cook for however many minutes it says on the package for al dente. Toss ground beef in a smoking hot pan and season liberally with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano fresh cracked pepper and fennel seeds until mostly cooked through or alternatively just sausage without seasoning if you aren't kike. add a jar of sauce, simmer at pasta into sauce, simmer and serve. Sprinkle with fresh grated parm. Alternatively make your own sauce from canned or fresh tomatoes. K I guess it is that hard. Might want to kys instead idk.
