If they put something similar to OPs stuff next to protein bars with much higher % of protein and costs like half of the regular bars I'd eat it no problem. Sometimes you rather just get that cost vs nutritional value deal. I often got unflavored whey when I was downing protein drinks. They were also the ones most often priced down.
