Cheap mincemeat from the local Arab butcher on shitty pita with a ton of parsley and lemon juice. One of the few times I used my antiquated halogen lid glass oven.

I’ve been working on breakfast sandwiches for the last week or so. I feel like I’m finally dialing it in now and I’m getting pretty close to getting it right where I want. I think I need to go get some chives for next time though and see if that pushes it over the top. Maybe a hollandaise sauce but that’s not really efficient to make in the morning before work but could work well for the weekends or when I’m up north cooking for family.
