That sounds comfy as fuck. I miss LAN parties. We always used to get pizza, take out Chinese, wings, and loaded fries from outback. It was a feast for a weekend. For drinks, nothing but the finest 2 liter bottles of Mt. Dew. God damn the 90’s were fucking lit.

I’m gonna grill up some brats. I got a microbrew chilling in my wet bar, and I was gonna warm up some ziti. Why don’t you come by if you got some, uh, triple-fried pizza dough or some kind of frozen meatballs or whatever it is? You can warm it up in my microwave, or you can warm it up back at home, bring it over piping hot. But if you want to bring over a vegetable medley, a crudités, figure out how much lunchmeat you can spare. Maybe bring over a pound and a half, two pounds of black forest ham, maybe a dijon-mustard spread. Any kind of dessert. Maybe a german chocolate cake or something like that. I tell you what would make you a big hit with the dudes is get some key lime pie a la mode. I’m talking about ice cream on the side. And you have got to have a bite of my homemade ziti. I’m just gonna warm her up. She’s been in the freeze. You know what I love are those hot mozzarella sticks. Cube ‘em up, put ‘em in some marinara sauce. You have them on standby. ‘Course, you can’t go wrong with some sour cream and onion, so long as you bring ridged chips.

Go to Costco and buy:
1. Meatballs
2. Marinara sauce
3. Mozzarella Cheese
4. Hot dog buns
Make sure you have Italian seasoning on hand. Heat the meatballs in the oven according to directions. In a crockpot or a dutch oven or large pot, put the marinara sauce in. Put cooked meatballs in sauce and heat sauce till meatballs and sauce are piping hot. Put the hotdog buns in a steaming tray and let them warm up in the oven at about 250°.

Into a steamed hot dog bun goes 3-4 meatballs, a handful of mozzarella cheese, and a dash italian seasoning

We used to do a 30 man LAN party over a weekend, take Friday off and come down between 12-6pm and go until midday Sunday in the local town hall which has a bar from 6pm until 2 in the morning. Once a year for about 15 years.

We used to order pizzas/chips/burgers in on the Saturday, do big runs to supermarkets for snacks, do wings, a friend even did catering for one of them, it was incredible.

Organise take away, it'll be 10x easier than worrying about if you have enough ingredients or whatever.

I used to lug my big ass CRT monitor and all my shit over to my buddy's house every other weekend and get on some unreal tournament and starcraft until everyone passed out drunk. We usually all chipped in some ingredients and grilled hamburgers and hotdogs on the patio. Hard to believe that was almost 20 years ago.
