Can anyone help me establish a baseline, nutritional meal with zero bullshit?

Like, correct portion of steak, boiled green beans, and... what ever else has nutrients.

I have the unusual ability to eat the exact same thing, every day for months on end, however, im looking for something, like the aforementioned, that i can make and rotate weekly. (Steak/green beans/thing, chicken breast, broccoli, something)

Not that faggot, but I do have to say that this "poor nutritional value of bread" only applies to white bread, and even so it is not entirely true since it does have a high nutritional value in carbs, allowing it to be used as a staple food.

Those whole breads with different seeds and nuts and other stuff in them have a lot higher nutritional value than white bread or whole rice, which is very good for /fit/kins like us.

You really should take this to /fit/ for more insight on the fitness aspect of it, but it is very viable to have a very healthy and well balanced diet while eating sandwhiches, it all depends on what ingredients you are using and what your current goal is, are you cutting or bulking?

Also, always prefer to go with steak and salad when in doubt, that never fails. You can replace steak with whatever protein you want, just remenber that more protein is always better.

I don't even pay attention to what I eat. I mean, sure it's mostly organic or non-gmo, but portions and certain types of bread and beans and veg and all that nonsense, who cares. If it tastes good, I'll eat it.

Just weigh yourself every morning, if you want to lose weight, cut back when you gain a pound. If you lose a pound, don't indulge for it. If you want to gain weight, then do the opposite, but make sure you're working out or else it'll all be fat obviously.
