More vitamins. Also how will you occupy yourself? I got a book North American Guide to Safe Places. Picking out a state this year. Then went to /out/ for the farming sticky and they have everything. Will probably print the stuff out just in case or put on a flash drive or something since its alot!

I've done oatmeal, rice, instant noodles for year long sprints. Noodles became unbearable first(vomit inducing), then oatmeal, then rice. I switched to grits and other carbs after each became disgusting. This was for bodybuilding. Now I just stick to high protein hamburger/steak. Little carbs. I can afford it now. Delicous and sustainable!

Hamburger, steak, some vegetables and fruits nowadays. You gotta understand I ate the same shit every day prepared exactly the same way and I would not divert from the diet. I'm pretty good at sticking to routines. Just the carbs would be the first to taste disgusting day in and day out eating it.

>> No.16407544

I'm pretty sure you're gonna get really sick, or even die from nutritional deficiencies.

There's 1825 days in 5 years. So you're looking at 40 grams of rice a day. 1.6 packets of ramen a day. less than 1 can of vegetables, and 1 can of fish/chicken. And I'm gonna assume you buy enough calories worth of oats and beans. Protein powder is only 3 buckets a year - 1 every 4 months. The fish oil (which is already rancid), will go rancid. Likewise, the thought of eating 5 year old canned fish, chicken, peanut butter, etc is just gross, let alone whether they'd even last this long and remain edible - not to mention all the canned shit is probably gonna be bad for you. Vitamin pills are a scam and barely work.

It seems like you may have enough calories (depending on how many oats/beans/peanut butter you buy), but you will become sick. Wheres your vitamins? If you farmed chickens and had 4 eggs a day to eat, you'd probably be okay, but farming chickens means buying feed.
