I love to use it in my gumbo

I need a hot sauce that uses tabasco peppers other than Tabasco brand sauce. I love the flavor of tabasco peppers but searching any combination of the keywords "tabasco" and "sauce" point me to Tabasco brand sauce.

Personally I only eat tabasco with fried eggs. There are better vinegar sauces than tabasco. Tabasco is just too plain.
