I shit my pants for the first time as an adult yesterday. I was only about a minute from my bathroom when it hit me. I thought I'd made it safely to my toilet but when I sat down I noticed I had shit all over my leg. I'm not sure how it even happened. I didn't even feel anything come out.

Ever since I've started this new cocktail of medication I've had explosive gas and I'm pretty sure that's what's causing me to have projectile bowel movements. What can I eat so I don't shit my pants again? I can't stop the medication cause it's the only thing preventing me from killing myself with booze at the moment.
Going to get some probiotics for sure.. but I'm not sure what else I should try to eat. More fiber seems like it could work or make the problem worse. The morning I shit myself I had chili with beans the night before.

More vegetables and whole grains to firm up your poop. Probably want to avoid beans and artificial sweeteners as they can cause gas.

I've been having problems for with my digestion for some time now. I changed my diet in the last couple of weeks and it has improved somewhat. My doctor told me: eat fermented products such as Kefir or Sauerkraut (eat what you can find easily in your country), lots of fibre when eating fatty food (salad as a side to say pizza for example or with meat). When eating grains eat whole wheat, be it pasta, rice or break. Potatoes with skin only. Don't eat sugar abd no softdrinks (carbonation fucks me up as well). Bananas and green or black tea (you have to let it brew for more that 5 minutes for this to work) for example constipate a bit, so maybe try that.
The way you eat is important too. Take your time, chew well and don't eat too late. Godspeed anon.

I've been over confident with farts but never just leaked. Talk to your doctor about the drug side effects and determine if this is an acceptable consequence.
Generally not good for a healthy adult to just start leaking any fluid.

if you want advice retard why didnt you post what meds? probably on a PPI ffs. gas = bacteria, bacteria = malabsorption, fiber,sugar alcohols (artificial sweeteners) = unabsorbable, stomach acid too weak to digest fat and protein properly also results in malabsorption and loose stool.

easiest things to digest are white rice/bread, lettuce/tomatoes/blue/rasp/black/straw berries (only/99% monosaccharides/starches)
