Napa cabbage, tomato and pork belly with garlic. Panko and Parmesan cheese encrusted skin-on chicken thighs with lemon and lime. Tons and tons of scallions and cilantro on top.

My brother made pierogi, I made a salad and bananas foster for dessert. Excellent dinner.
First time making bananas foster so i used way too much overproof rum and it burned for a concerning length of time, but it was very good.
Bro got the amount of cheese right in the pierogi this time too. I'm proud of his progress.
