I've got both of those and high blood pressure and still "gorge" on what you call "junk food".
Why? It's because I'm a man and I choose to live and die like a man, on my own terms. Yes, I've gained more weight than income every year from 2013 onwards and don't care.
Right now, I'm reheating a pizza an am going to have it for a 1 AM snack. Not a slide, a medium-sized pizza.
