Canned fish and mayo. That's it. Canned tuna is all garbage, so who cares that it's not fucking ahi? I don't even eat at Subway anymore, and haven't for years, but if you're buying fast food/fast casual you have no entitlement to get upset about the quality of the ingredients; as long as you don't get food poisoning the alcohol in your system will likely kill whatever pathogens are there, and help in the digestion process with the sawdust or soy/oat/neutral grain protein.

i did get food poisoning at subway though. ate a sandwich and like three hours later going back home got immense abdomen pain. hailed a cab that dropped me off about 50 m away from home, still couldn't make it, shat myself right there on the street. good thing it was night time and there was nobody around
did not have any alcohol or anything else that day.

>trusting a PCR test
It's Tuna. They ship it pure to the 'restaurants' and they add mayo. Probably some franchise owners add filler at the same time. I don't doubt Subway is shipping what they say they are though.
