Dollar Tree is the primary food provider for a lot of Americans who live in parts of the country where their local grocery stores all shut down and the only thing within walking distance for them is a Dollar Tree.
Dollar Tree food is absolutely safe to eat, but be mindful of expiration dates, as the Dollar Tree will often sell food days before it expires (its a part of how they're able to sell the food cheap -- it didn't sell at a normal grocery store so they got it at a discount and resell it to you for less than you'd normally pay).
Whether the food is good or not depends on personal preferences and the item. I think the best options is to avoid a lot of the already prepared instant foods (like OP's burger bite) and instead buy things you can cook with (like pastas and beans and such). You'll in general get more nutrition for your dollar, since you have to pay for the convenience of just microwaving a burger. However, I understand not everyone has the luxury of cooking. Some people don't have the time or energy. So I don't besmirch those who would buy a "fast bite."
