bros?

>A lab test commissioned by the New York Times failed to identify any tuna DNA in a series of Subway tuna sandwiches.
>A reporter acquired “more than 60in worth of Subway tuna sandwiches” from three Los Angeles storefronts, then engaged a specialized fish-testing lab. Researchers were unable to pinpoint a species.

Irish courts ruled that Subway bread has too much sugar in it for it to be classified as bread for tax purposes. Naturally yuropoors obsess over this.

>>16320581
Notice how the NYT doesn't name the "commercial food lab" they commissioned the testing through, but when Inside Edition did the same thing 4 months ago and found that it was tuna they disclosed the name of the lab who performed the tests. I'd wager that these lab results are completely fabricated like most of the NYT's stories.

Furthermore, if you read the original NYT story the "food lab" said that they'd be unlikely to positively identify much of anything if given a sample of fish that was "cooked at least once, mixed with mayonnaise, frozen and then shipped across the country".

NYT is a joke publication.

To me this just sounds like people that don't know what they're doing trying to discredit them. Have they tried a control? Buying a whole tuna and preparing it like Subway does and testing it?

Here is a funny story - I ate nothing but burgers and fries for lunch and dinner for a year straight. I looked perfectly fine. I was not overweight at all. One day I decided, "hmm, I better eat healthy food - this can't be good for me". So I started going to Subway and eating that every day instead. I gained 20kg from all the ice cream and shit I seemed to just start eating because the Subway didn't fill me up. I also started to get more anxious.

Anyway, that was all a long time ago. I cook all my own food now. Long story short - how ironic that Subway successfully scammed everyone into thinking it was somehow healthy.
