Consistency came out far far exceeding expectations, chopped onions were very evenly spread throughout and had a nice crunch and nothing over/under cooked

really really flavorless tho, probably because I didn't use a specific recipe, I just kinda eyeballed things I had that matched recipes and their quantities, and only realized after it had been in the oven for half an hour that I had totally forgotten to add any salt at all
