Typically don't eat breakfast but I do love runny eggs. You can try straining your eggs with a tea infuser or a dedicated mesh strainer. Or just throw some water in the pan and cover the eggs for 10 seconds or until the membrane becomes opaque.

you can also use this to clean used frying oil. i deep fry pizza rolls and nuggets in a little pot and all the flakes stay in there over time, so i pour it over the mesh thing and it catches most of them
