The amount of time that would take would be far more than the amount of time I'd have left after sleeping 6 hours and working 8~9 hours, not only that but that price point is completely unrealistic

T. Millennial with a chemistry degree that cooks every single meal and lives alone, I can only afford this because I got a union job. Getting a decent office job nowadays is a gamble and I got snake eyes, thank god for unions honestly.

Also paella is a much better use of saffron, also get a 12 inch cast iron skillet and you can do anything, from roasting a chicken to baked pasta. That's an invest worth way more than expanding your spice cabinet with a bunch of shit you'll use maybe once before you forget about it and it goes south
