Hi, di/ck/s. /fit/itzen here. We really love our oats - it's healthy and is loaded with fiber and PROTEIN. What are some good ways to make it tastier without turning it into an unhealthy bowl of candy?

OATS NEED TO BE SAVORY.
PUT SOME HAM IN THERE.
MAYBE ADD SOME OIL.
SALT DOES NOT HURT.
SOMETIMES CHEESE IS A GOOD IDEA.

I just eat my oats with honey and maybe chop some bananas and sprinkle some walnuts and call it a go
imo it's the best I can do without turning it into a unhealthy breakfast

a handful walnuts and dried apricots or prunes are good. you can scramble an egg in a pot of oatmeal and you'll barely notice it if you wanna get your protein content up.

Make some oats with skim milk and eat it plain. When you are ready to grow the fuck up and load up on nutrients - you are going to need to add some calories. Adjust your plan around this.

By the time I finish my oats I have enough food to fuel my day. I have a whole bar dedicated to making oatmeal. My favorite fixings:

>1 cup oats
>spoonful of ground flax
>spoonful of hemp seed
>handful of nuts (I prefer walnuts which can be bitter or pecans which are always tasty)
>handful of dried fruit (cranberries > raisins, dates, sometimes apricots)
>splash of maple syrup or honey
>fresh or frozen berries (cooked into the oats), or freshly sliced banana

If you are cutting so hard that this is too much for you then idk what else to say. Don't be retarded about this. Holy shit honey or maple and some fruit isn't going to fuck up your gains. And they are all really good for you.

I can have 5 pounds of quinoa on my doorstep tomorrow from delivery. Buckwheat is sold at the shitty grocers next to my house. Do you live in Nepal or 1997 or some shit?

Australian Pure Product cookies and cream, I've tired a ton of other flavors but in oats I like either vanilla or cookies and cream the most. This brand has steviol as the sweetener that some people cant stand the taste of though but I think its 10/10 and cheap as hell

ah yeah it's always a crap shoot with protein pows. Just got to experiment with them I guess. I usually do chocolate but I like the ON vanilla so maybe I'll grab some of that and try your overnight oats idea. Summer is here and it's gonna get hot in heah. A nice cold breakfast sounds wonderful.

Yoghurt. It contains sugar but youjust put a little of yoghurt so the amount of sugar is very low. Or just buy yoghurt with less or no sugar if you are paranoid about any sugar.

I forgot, I always add some greek yogurt to my oats. I add the fruit/seeds/nuts in the morning to the oats that have soaked because it stops them from getting mushy.

Yougurt, milk, frozen berries, unsweetened coconut, cinnamon, bran, hemp hearts, flax, oats. Stirred all together, leave in the fridge over night. Eat the next morning with banana and black coffee.
