A bit less than 1. Those patties are tiny. Doing some research I found that each patty is only one ounce per slider. Meaning it takes 16 sliders to eat one lb of beef.
Doing the math there would be 432 lbs in the entire pallet. A whole cow is about 440 lbs of meat, but it could be more if you use undesirable parts like the head, organs, trotters, etc.

This is a massive rip off. You can get a whole cow slaughtered and butchered and cut into retail cuts for about 2000 bucks give or take a few hundred. They will even grind up most of it into ground beef.

Save yourself a couple thousand and get yourself a nice organic regeneratively raised grass finished beef.
