Hello /ck/ I would like to take the cook pill but don't know what to make.
I'm looking for a simple standard 'feed' solution that will satisfy my needs, is easy to cook, and won't break the bank.
Ideally I would like to eat the same exact meals every single day of my lie.
I have no dietary restrictions and I'm a pretty skinny guy. In the united states but I'm not afraid of eating some weird shit as long as I can find it at the grocery store.
So, I would really love it if you guys could just lay out a simple 'autists delight' intro to cooking meal plan for me.
I'm a NEET so prep time isn't much of a big deal either but obviously shorter would be better.
My best guess would be
>Oatmeal
>Yogurt + fruit
>Eggs + potatoes
>Chicken + rice
>Mac n Cheese + Tuna
Every day, that seems like about enough food but I don't really know, and like I said I've never really been a cookfag before either.
Sorry if this is off topic or whatever, I checked the catalog but didn't see a stupid questions thread or a beginner thread so I figured I'd just make my own
Thanks!

it sounds like you have accrued an excess amount of time, perhaps you should do some research and discovery for yourself what is best for you, as oppose to trusting retards, that don't know a fucking thing, about anything, on the internet machine

breakfast: alternate between scrambled eggs/toast and oatmeal with fruit
lunch: make a large casserole that you can eat throughout the week (eg rice, ground beef or turkey, beans, tomatoes, cream of mushroom, and frozen veg mix)
dinner: salad, baked chicken breast or salmon fillet, sweet potato

I've been eating this every day for 5+ years and I'm in fine shape

>2lbs chicken breast (from your local butcher), 1 jar pasta sauce
>pour 1/2 jar of pasta sauce in slow cooker
>add chicken breast
>pour the rest of the pasta sauce on top
>cook for 4 hrs
wa la
It's a bit dry, but tastes great imo. You can always add mushrooms or other veg if you want.

The cook pill, is realizing that Survivor: Cook Islands is the most based, and probably the last racist show we'll ever get to watch.

You want us to create a list of things for you to cook that you'll eat everyday for the rest of your life? I have no idea how to approach this because I'd grow to hate anything that I'd list. I've always thought that I was an undiagnosed autist but maybe I'm not since I couldn't eat the same thing forever.
