I hate eating breakfast, always have. I figure I should still probably eat something.
Is there any drawbacks or repercussions from just gulping down some raw eggs each morning?

Eggs are about half as bioavailable in terms of protein when eaten raw, which is part of the reason you see meme bodybuilders drinking dozens at a time. It's faster, but less efficient.

You're better off with smoothies. You can toss in whey protein (it's superior to egg protein), greek yogurt and whatever else you want. Blend it up and chug it easily plus you can incorporate veggies and fruit too.

There a (variable) risk of salmonella ok top of my minds
Also raw eggs are way worse than cooked eggs from a nutritional perspective (less available proteins, vitamins and minerals)

Just eat a slice of good bread and a handful of nuts or something, it's not that hard.
Alternatively porridge with some banana, like I do every morning. Fills you right up and gets you ready for the day.

Why? You do realize that the '3 square meals a day meme on a fixed schedule is just a bi product of the industrial revolution and workers hours right? Coupled with poverty and the great depression and the fact that most people didn't know if they were going to have the money or the food to eat at the next meal they ate what they could eat, when they could eat. But when you have an unlimited abundance of food there is literally no reason to constantly be eating or even be eating multiple meals a day. The human body isn't even designed for that.

The only logical reason for ever eating multiple set meals in a single day is if you know for some reason there's a chance you'll be eating zero meals tomorrow and hence will be fasting that food off for the next two days. Otherwise just one meal a day should be effieciant for yourself. That's what your digestive system was meant for. People eating when they get up, just because, eating at noon, just because, eating dinner, just because, and God knows what else in between those is half the reason there's an obesity epidemic
