It's okay. Not much nutrition for the effort, it is all flavor that could have been put on a better part of the chicken, and all the small bones always worry me.

Most of the issues in japanese culture originate from absolute adherence to tradition, soba being the worst example. If you dont autistically do everything in the exact way they require then its shit
