I have RLS and chronic insomnia that’s proven impossible to cure/combat, so every once in a while I’ll pop a couple (prescribed) Xanax and just sit and take a rose oil bath and chill from like 3-6am.

What I really like to do is pic related. I put my old spare tv up on the toilet and take a soak for 4 or 5 hours and watch a couple of movies. I have a cooler right beside the tub (not pictured) that i fill with cans of booze, or ingredients to shake up a cocktail
