I worked as a baker so I would have an oven at the back of my place where I bake my own pitas and texas toast for the sandwiches, and prepare my own spreads. Then a flat-top grill and some fryers for very simple food preparation.

I intend to do this if I make tons of money doing software or trading crypto, and my prices would be as close to break even as possible and pay my staff generously.

Diner-style seating and I'll treat regular guests well. Also my kids will work there during summers. If it works out I'll have a 'toppings bar' with chopped onions, pickles, the works.
