Tea is definitely more versatile, do to variety.

But when the snow's coming down, and you have to drag yourself out of bed well before the sun comes up... hot bean water is a life-saver.

as opposed to the various leaves, roots, stalks, and fruits in tea.

I'm honestly not sure that coffee deserves a differentiation from tea this point, as the latter has become so varied.

"Coffee" should be about on par with "rooibos tea."

Okay...differentiate then. Tea is plant matter steeped in hot water.

Rooibos, Green, White, Black, Herbal... all varieties with various ingredients, and only the process is the same.

How is coffee different?

I drink green tea for its smooth taste and I don’t need to add sugar or cream

If I get coffee I drink 1n1 but I take all my tea except English breakfast, completely black

Coffee is only really great when it's espresso and the only acceptable thing you're allowed to make with it is a cappuccino or cortado using cow milk. Otherwise, you're very uncultured and would be better off drinking tea.

Get a light clock and go to bed at humane hours. Acting like a dependant plebbitor which needs his "bean water" is top cringe.

>smooth taste
Every time I tried green tea it literally gave me nausea if I didn't add at least 3 tsp of sugar, meanwhile I can drink black coffee just fine. Were my teabags too dry or something? Dunno, maybe I shouldn't have pressed on them with a teaspoon.

You have to find what you like and it’s usually trial and error

My first green tea I bought was expensive Japanese Sencha and it was just too bitter for me, I had to dump lemon juice in it to balance out the flavor

Then I went to a local shop and tried some Canadian green tea made with some stupid native herbs and plants and it was amazing. I thought it sounded stupid but damn it tastes amazing black as westly snipes

Go to your local shop and get small amounts until you find your tea and then just buy like 100 bags at a time and or bag your own loose stuff
