Got a middle of the road 6qt. It makes 4 loaves of bread per batch on the heart attachment in 5 minutes without blinking at the load. 15 years old at least.

We have the 8 quart crank up and use it for grinding meat and making sausage.
It gets through nearly frozen chunks of beef shoulder with no issues. When making sausages we sometimes feed in ice cubes to add moisture and keep the mix cold, it grinds through ice with no problem as well.
