You can get Schnitzel at nearly every place
Try figlmüller
Check out lieferando.at or mjam.at and filter for Schnitzel and look for the customer ratings.

Don't know if you go for chicken, turkey, pork, cow, or a surschnitzel.

Also cordon bleu is nice.
Don't go for the cheapest. It should cost around 10 euro at least
