Both are good.
Boneless is chicken nuggets covered in sauce and sturdier breading, and bone-in (wing meat) has a different flavor to breast meat which can be desirable.
It just depends on what you're in the mood for.

Any time I try to eat bone-in, even though I know better, I end up biting the bone too hard because I don't know exactly where it'll be. Sucking on a bone to get the meat off just doesn't come naturally to me, guess the gene responsible for that instinct got dropped in me. It's just annoying that it takes longer to eat for less meat.

It depends on the people I’m with, the clothes I’m wearing, and sometimes just my mood. If I’m with people who I don’t want to see me eat messily, I’ll go for boneless so I can use a knife and fork. Same with my clothes, if they’re too nice and I don’t wanna risk getting sauce on them, then boneless for knife and fork. But generally bone-in.
