Sorry to break it to you but veganism is unnatural. It's a condition you must make preparations to grow into because you're denying your body lots of stuff found in meat that require a very extensive and specific collection of plants to replace. Two of my nieces went vegan for reasons similar to >>15716650 and both of them presented malnutrition problems overtime. It's not just that you stop eating meat you need proper guidance into how to substitute the vital nutrients you're leaving behind.
